  1. Sign up here with your drugstore and contact details.
  2. The Arincare team will contact you to verify that your drugstore is open, and may request additional documents before activating your account.
  3. Our team will get back to you via LINE (id: @arincare) or email.
  4. You can start using the system right away.
Are there any additional costs for using Arincare?

The Arincare drugstore management system is free for drugstores for life, with no fees or conditions.

Do you offer training?

The Arincare team runs monthly workshops to train users and answer questions, both in Bangkok and in other provinces. Each workshop schedule is announced via LINE (ID: @arincare) and on www.arincare.com.

What equipment and computer do I need for Arincare? (minimum specs)

Minimum computer requirements for Arincare:

  1. Desktop PC or notebook: Intel Core i3 CPU, 4GB RAM (recommended) or better
  2. Internet speed of at least 15 Mb (home internet) or a 3G network
  3. Operating system: Windows, Apple Mac or Linux (any version)
  4. Google Chrome web browser

Optional: recommended accessories for added convenience

  1. Barcode reader (handheld or desktop)
  2. Thermal receipt printer
